Economic law
The Economic Law Department advises and assists a broad clientele of French and foreign companies in all their commercial relations and competition issues (anti-competitive practices, restrictive practices).
The team also masters all aspects of contract law, particularly distribution law. We assist and advise clients in drafting and negotiating contracts.
The team regularly advises companies on consumer law and promotional and advertising practices, whatever the distribution channel.
The team also advises financial institutions on banking law, in the preparation of contractual documentation and compliance issues, as well as on banking litigation.
