Cédric Putigny-Ravet leads the Business Litigation department.

He assists and represents executives and companies, whether listed or not, in commercial disputes and business criminal law matters before civil, commercial, and criminal courts, in the context of arbitrations or during investigations conducted by regulators.

In addition to this litigation practice, he has developed a recognized expertise in internal investigations and risk prevention. He collaborates with his clients in the implementation of their compliance programs.
