Chaintrier Avocats is strengthened by the arrival of the Oxynomia Avocats teams and the creation of two new practices in employment and economic law

Six months after announcing its new management structure, Chaintrier Avocats has welcomed a new team of eight people from the firm Oxynomia, including four partners. Their arrival enables the firm to expand its areas of expertise with the creation of two new departments specializing in labor law and business law.

The firm is thus expanding from 6 to 10 partners with the arrival of Montaine Guesdon Vennerie (labor law), Arnaud Moquin (business law), Aymeric d’Alançon (labor law), and Fabien Rorato (Corporate M&A).

“The arrival of the Oxynomia teams marks a new stage in the firm’s development, enabling us to offer our clients a comprehensive range of services,” said Cédric Putigny-Ravet, co-managing partner of Chaintrier Avocats.

Montaine Guesdon Vennerie will lead the employment law department alongside Aymeric d’Alançon. Specializing in labor law, social security law, and social protection law, Montaine has been advising companies and executives for over 30 years on the management of individual and collective labor relations, with extensive experience in litigation. A partner at the firm Vatier for nearly 12 years, she founded the firm Oxynomia with Arnaud Moquin in 2015.

Aymeric d’Alançon joined Oxynomia after serving as Counsel at the firm Chassany Watrelot & Associés. Specializing in labor law, Aymeric advises French and international companies on day-to-day human resources management and has developed recognized expertise in collective relations (Works Council and collective bargaining), particularly regarding their environmental aspects and professional elections.

Arnaud Moquin will head the business law department. After founding his own firm in 1986, Arnaud served as a partner at Vatier & Associés for 13 years and co-founded Oxynomia in 2015 with Montaine Guesdon Vennerie. With over 40 years of experience in competition, distribution, and consumer law, he is also well-versed in the contractual aspects of corporate operations. He has advised direct-selling companies for many years and is a partner of the Direct Selling Federation. Arnaud also assists banking institutions with consumer law issues and compliance matters.

Fabien Rorato joins the corporate department, which consists of three partners: Thibaud Forbin, Marc Stehlin, and Romain Boyet. Having practiced at corporate law firms for several years before joining Oxynomia in 2019, Fabien primarily handles long-term financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures, and has also developed a recognized practice in disputes between partners.

The four partners are supported by two associates, Albane Peyrony (labor law) and Bastien Reverbel (Corporate M&A), as well as Claudine Jarron (administrative team), bringing the firm’s total staff to 25, including 10 partners.

This is a great achievement for the Oxynomia teams. We are very pleased to be helping to strengthen Chaintrier, a firm with which we share the same values and ambitions for the future. Together, we are expanding our range of services for our clients thanks to our highly skilled teams,” said Montaine Guesdon Vennerie and Arnaud Moquin.
