Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Pauline Pontier practices in corporate law and transactional matters.

She assists the firm’s corporate clients across a wide range of sectors, including professional training, wealth management, logistics, and innovative technologies.

Pauline has been involved in complex leveraged buy-out (LBO) transactions (capital transmission), fundraising rounds from seed stage to later stages (venture capital and growth capital), as well as governance, restructurings, sales, and acquisitions on behalf of both start-ups and small to mid-sized companies (SMEs and ETIs).
