
Chaintrier Avocats assists the Alliance Electronics Group in its acquisition of EMS FACTORY
Chaintrier Avocats has advised the Alsace-based Alliance Electronics Group, a technological and industrial leader in electronic subcontracting, on its acquisition of EMS Factory, a company specialising in the manufacture of electronic boards in small and medium-sized production runs.
EMS Factory is recognised for its undisputed expertise in electronic board manufacturing and stands out for its ability to build trusting relationships with its customers, who range from start-ups to major groups, including prestigious names such as Thales, Safran, Ariane Group and General Electric. In 2023, the company generated sales of €3.4 million.
Alliance Electronics, majority-owned by European fund Waterland Private Equity, now comprises nine companies with complementary positions in the value chain. This acquisition strengthens the Alsace-based Group’s prototyping business, while creating significant commercial and operational synergies. With sales of €125 million in 2023, the Group is targeting sales of €300 million by 2026.
