Chaintrier Avocats advised Collège de Paris, a network of higher education institutions and training organizations, on the acquisition of Comundi, a leading player in the field of continuing professional education.

This strategic transaction enables Comundi to join the Collège de Paris group, thereby strengthening its position in the professional training market. Recognized for the quality of its programs, Comundi now offers more than 30 training courses dedicated to artificial intelligence, designed to meet the specific needs of key business functions: human resources, legal, purchasing, communication, management, etc.
