Chaintrier Avocats advises AssoConnect and its partners on its acquisition by team.blue

Chaintrier Avocats advised AssoConnect, a French company pioneering the digitalization of the non-profit sector, and its partners on its acquisition by team.blue, the European leader in digital services for SMEs.

With over 40,000 association customers and sustained growth since its creation in 2014, AssoConnect has established itself as a key solution for the digitalization of associative life.

By joining the team.blue group, present in 22 countries and comprising more than 60 local brands, the French company is entering a new scale of action. Without changing direction, it is now open to sustained European expansion, with the declared ambition of becoming the reference platform for the digital management of associations on a European scale.

As part of this transaction, AssoConnect and its associates were supported on corporate matters by the Chaintrier Avocats team, comprising partner Thibaud Forbin, associates Joséphine Goux and Bastien Reverbel.

AssoConnect was also supported by Parallel Avocats on regulatory issues relating to new technologies.
