Chaintrier Avocats advises Eddia group on its sale to Myrium
Chaintrier Avocats advised the Eddia group on its sale to Myrium. This transaction marks the first territorial expansion beyond the Île-de-France region for Myrium, a Paris-based group specializing in multi-technical building services.
With revenues exceeding €400 million in 2024, Myrium is pursuing its external development strategy with the integration of Eddia, an expert in climate control and electrical engineering operating between Paris and Bordeaux. This acquisition enhances the group’s technical expertise while extending its geographical presence along a strategic corridor.
The resulting entity brings together more than 1,600 employees in over 30 specialized companies.
As part of this transaction, the Eddia group was assisted in all legal aspects by the Chaintrier Avocats team, composed of Fabien Rorato, partner, and Bastien Reverbel, associate.
Other advisors on the transaction:
• Sellers: Croissance Partenaires (Quentin Darras, Valentin Desdoits, Nicolas Delahaye), COGEP (Francis Delhorbe),
• Buyer: Charles Russell Speechlys (Thibaut Caharel, Orlando Vignoli Neto)
