Breakfast conference at Chaintrier Avocats, hosted by C&C Notaires

Arnaud Nicolaou, a tax partner at Chaintrier Avocats, and Pierre Cénac, a notary and founder of the firm C&C Notaires, were pleased to host a breakfast seminar on the topic “Carried interests, quelles opportunités ?” at the offices of Chaintrier Avocats.

It was an opportunity to review the tax and legal framework governing carried interests and to discuss various strategies for holding and transferring them.
