Chaintrier Avocats assists COGEP with Waterland Private Equity Investments’ acquisition of a minority stake in the group

Chaintrier Avocats advised COGEP on the € 200 million acquisition of a minority stake in the group by the investment fund Waterland Private Equity Investments. With this deal, COGEP becomes the first foreign investment fund to acquire a stake in a French accounting firm.
